What I expected to happen was.it to be full screen..:

What actually happened was.it turned on ingame shaders and wont turn off..:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put a step by step guide on how to trigger the bug here
2. .i pushed full screen mode so it would come up full screen when i logged on..
3.then ingame shaders turned on permanently and has been like it ever since and i want it fixed ...
