My skins(not steve) are not showing up ingame.

      When I change my skin, in 1.7.4, it doesn't change, Is this a bug, glitch, or something? It has been happening since 14w06b where I change my skin succesfully, but it does NOT show up in game. Please fix/tell me what is the problem. Sorry if this is a waste of time.
