The sky has a big black squares near the horizon, which seemed to get bigger as the sun went down. Screenshots follow

EDIT: after I restarted, they were gone

EDIT 2: Only happens with shaders on, turning them off fixes it (tested with fxaa.json). The clouds and water are also darker
