As the pictures show, there are more Blacksmiths than Blacksmith Shops, and more Priests than Churches. (I messed up in the pictures a little; there are no issues with the Library and Librarian spawn, or the Butcher Shop and Butcher spawn.)
I do like the idea of other professions spawning in huts instead of just farmers, but not to the point where farmers are completely absent.
