Arrows not flying

I was working of a map and I tried out the bow. I though it would hit the zombie.

I shot the bow and the arrow just stopped in midair and fell to the ground

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go above five blocks
2. Shoot a arrow at max charge
3. Watch the bug
