Shifting is not possible on soulsand to reach the very edge of the block and still stay on it (it was before)

            Description

            When trying to get to the very edge of soulsand, sneaking (shifting) doesn't stop you from falling off the block.
            To reproduce:
            1. Place soulsand.
            2. Sneak to the edge of soulsand block you are standing on.
            3. You will fall off the edge, not stay on the block

                Bug - A problem which impairs or prevents the functions of the product. MC-2334 Sneaking on shorter than full blocks (chests, enchantment table...) will make you fall nonetheless
