Minecraft crashes when trying to mine stone

      I started a new world in survival mode and crafted a wooden pickaxe.
      When tried to mine stone, the game crashed.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Start new survival world in Minecraft 14w06a
      2. Craft a wooden pickaxe (other tools might cause the crash too, haven't checked)
      3. Use the pickaxe to mine stone.
