On your vanilla server we use the snapshots and we generated the terrain in snapshot 14w05b. When we found dungeons with no chests and we went with it thinking it would be fixed in the 14w06a snapshot, but when i generated the same and new terrain in 14w06a i still didnt find dungeons with chest just the spawner.
