       What I expected to happen was,Give me a new pickaxe

      What actually happened was, gave me infinite new pickaxes

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. catch spent pickaxe
      2. get new pickaxe
      3. combine both in the crafting table
      4. you will receive infinite pickaxes
