UI (health/armor/hunger bars and crosshair) is is changing color depending on what leaves you have in your hotbar. These colors are all shades of green and suprisingly they can mix if you have more than one leaf block type in hotbar, so I assume color overlay is taken from foliage.png. Does not work with grass block which has similar color map.
