      The Bug:

      You cannot use nether portals, end portals, and end gateways while in spectator mode.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Summon a nether portal, end portal, and end gateway by using the commands provided below. 
        /setblock ~3 ~1 ~3 minecraft:nether_portal
        /setblock ~ ~1 ~3 minecraft:end_portal
        /setblock ~-3 ~1 ~3 minecraft:end_gateway
      2. Switch into spectator mode and attempt to use the nether portal, end portal, and end gateway.
      3. Take note as to whether or not you can use nether portals, end portals, and end gateways while in spectator mode.

      Observed Behavior:

      You cannot use nether portals, end portals, and end gateways.

      Expected Behavior:

      You would be able to use nether portals, end portals, and end gateways.
