Villager can only farm when they have the "CanPickUpLoot:1" tag, and for some reason Villagers naturally spawn with the "CanPickUpLoot:0" tag instead, this may be hard to reproduce, I think it's only sometimes it can happen, but spawn eggs also spawn them without "CanPickUpLoot:1", but this bug it may just be me unlucky but I report because it happened.
