I logged into my creative world. i dont have that great of a PC so i play on fast graphics. i tried using the new rotation feature in Item Frames. and they just didnt show up in the frame, so i messed around with my video settings and they only show up with Fancy Graphics on. but with Fancy Graphics on the items dont rotate in 3d when dropped on the floor. they have the 3d model but not rotating. and if your in Fast graphics they just dont appear at all
