      Description

In this most recent snapshot my FPS dropped from an average of about 100 - 120 FPS to between 30 and 60 FPS. This holds true both in vanilla and when playing with various resource packs so it is not related purely to a Resource Pack texture issue. It also holds true in previously saved worlds and in newly generated worlds.

After a bit (about 30 seconds) it jumps back up to 60FPS but despite being set to "unlimited max FPS" it never goes above 60 FPS. After the initial 30 seconds on the map (I assume things are loading) the FPS is stable at 60. Is there a hidden FPS cap in place for now or something?
