Blocks aren't showing correctly in item frames

I was expecting for the blocks to show up as they did before in an item frame

I was testing around with the new snapshot, but when you put a block in an item frame (anything that is a full block - so not a torch, flower, etc, [They work fine]), the block does not appear properly.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place an item frame
2. Take any block (Sandstone, dirt, etc.) and place it in the frame
3. Observe odd reults
