What I expected to happen was...:
With the new skin layer, being added, what I was expecting to see what when I put it onto my hand, I would be able to see the new skin on my hand when in first person.
What actually happened was...:
What actually happens is that you see the original skin and not the secondary layer. Rendering the effect quite useless, for the actual players.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Attach a secondary skin layer to the right hand of the player model.
2. Load up the game.
3. In first person you do not see the attachment on the player hand, only the first layer skin.
4. In f5 you can see the skin
