can not write on renamed book until changing the page

What I expected to happen was...:
I gave me a «book and quill» with a command block with this command: /give @p minecraft:writable_book 1 0 {display:{Name:"Strange Book"}} and i was supposed to be able to write on it

What actually happened was...:
I could not write. I could write only if I change the page twice.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Copy and paste this command on the chat: /give @p minecraft:writable_book 1 0 {display:{Name:"Strange Book"}} and run it
2. Open the given book
3. Try to write something
4. Change the page
5. Go back to the first page
6. Try to write something again
