Infinite Rotation Beyond Bounds While in Menu

      When inside of a menu - such as inventory, chat, or esc menu - and a clock on a command block with "tp @a ~ ~ ~ ~ ~10", the player's head rotates beyond the bounds. This only occurs when inside of the menu and is quite hilarious upon view.

      Both Command Blocks in the image below contain the command.
