When I try to use /spreadplayers with relative coordinates (cf img 1 and 2), I'm given an error message that says "NaN is not a valid number". When I try with my actual coordinates, however, there's no problem (cf img 3).

If this is intended, could you replace the NaN error by "Relative Coordinates" ?
