Game is in Slo-mo, when I break a block, the block remains, it takes a long time to break. When smelting, the smelting Goes 1 minute for 1 block to smelt. 1 day = nearly 2 hours

I load up my world, then my world goes into Slomo, my world Is not me
Steps to Reproduce:
1. I Don't Even Know, I Attempted to Do A 1.7.4 Glitch then it happens for every other world i Created AFTER the World
