Blocks not breaking right

      Sometimes when i am breaking blocks on survival, the block that i was breaking appears again and then immediately disappears,and then i get severe lag. Sometimes when i restart Minecraft it still has this issue and i need to restart my computer and sometimes my world is not saved.
