– Ticked Survival but might also bug in Creative. –
You close a door.
Press [esc] so menu will pop up.
Then you press [esc] again and it you'll hear the sound for the second time.
If you repeatly press esc you sometimes hire 3 or 4 times the door closing.
This bug also happens to chests.
