Some achievements are lost in a vanilla sever...

      Alot of times minecraft does not save your achievements on multiplayer servers.

      Reproduce:
      1. Start an Vanilla Minecraft Server
      2. Get any achievement
      3. Stop the server
      4. Exit minecraft
      5. Login back into minecraft
      6. Get onto server
      7. Try to get the same achievement

      If you do this you should get the achievement twice...
