Snow Golem Not producing snow

      When I create Snow Golems they don't produce any snow no matter where they walk.

      What I expected to happen was...:
      I thought I would be able to collect the snow that they left behind

      What actually happened was...:
      They just walked around without leaving any snow behind.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Create a snow golem
      2. Wait for it to walk around
      3. Observe that there is no snow
