When I set my microphone volume to OFF in broadcast settings, my voice is still broadcasted.
What I expected to happen was...:
My microphone would be muted.

What actually happened was...:
My voice was broadcasted.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to broadcast settings and set microphone volume to OFF.
2. Start streaming (have the stream open or have someone else watch it)
3. Speak into microphone
4. You will hear your voice.
