Having more than two nether portals in the nether or the regular world ends up mixing up where you teleport to. Having three in the nether teleports you to the right portals in the regular world but when having three portals in the regular world sometimes the portal you go through creates a new portal or it teleports you to another portal in the nether than the one I your supposed to come out of.
