TwitchTV integration not reporting issue

      Opened the Twitch broadcast menu in the start screen, immediately got the following message:
      " Twitch Broadcasting Unavailable
      Unfortunately your computer does not support the integrated Twitch broadcasting service. (Reason: null) "
