*Hi, my son bought Minecraft yesterday. He has downloaded Minecraft Server to the Desk top, when he double clicks on it the RUN dialogue box opens, clicks on RUN and it opens the dialogue box Java Minecraft server. Within this dialogue box there are 3 areas: stats, Log and Chat and players; all are blank except for Stats which lists:
Memory Use and
Avg tick
Both with continuously changing values.

AVG is our antivirus software.

What can we do to get beyond this blank dialogue box and get him into Minecraft Server?
