NOTICE: the bug is actually in the scary update but it wont let me put that version

So it's hard to explain but pictures will explain prefectly
when you open you right click on a beacon your inventory pops and blocks looks like this

pretty normal

but when you click on a block it looks like this

kinda like 1.8.1
it's a small bug nothing too much to worry about
