I have discovered a bug that can duplicate flowers, saplings etc. when in a flower pot.

What I expected to happen was...:
I was breaking a half slab below a flower pot with a flower inside, and was expecting it to drop only one of the flower.

      What actually happened was...:
I was breaking a wood half slab below a flower pot with a flower inside of it (Azure Bluet, but works with others as well), the flower pot popped off as usual, but I was left with two more flowers, not just one.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Place an upside down half slab
      2. Place a flower pot on top of the Upside Down half slab and the flower
      3. Break the Upside Down half slab, drops 1 half slab, 1 flower pot, but two of the chosen flower. -
