When using "Pick Block" on glowing Redstone Ore, it doesn't give you anything

      When I walked on some Redstone ore and clicked on it with the middle mouse button it didn't have any effect.

      What I expected:
      Getting an unglowing Redstone ore

      What happend:
      I got nothing
