      While it was raining i typed /toggledownfall on my server and the rain did not go away, the weather flickered from raining to sunny then it went back to raining and stayed there. It Also flickers from raining to stormy as well.

      Server Specs:

      Windows Server 2008 R2, Latest Java, 32GB RAM, Intel Xeon E3 1230v2
