What actually happened was...:
When I switch back and forth with my sword i died several times but i respawn were I was

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Giving me a sword with a command block :

give @p 276 1 0 {AttributeModifiers:[0:{AttributeName:"generic.attackDamage",Name:"generic.attackDamage",Amount:10000,Operation:0,UUIDLeast:894654,UUIDMost:2872},1:{AttributeName:"generic.movementSpeed",Name:"generic.movementSpeed",Amount:2.5,Operation:1,UUIDLeast:111113,UUIDMost:1111},2:{AttributeName:"generic.maxHealth",Name:"generic.maxHealth",Amount:40,Operation:0,UUIDLeast:111113,UUIDMost:1111}],display:{Name:"GodSword 2.1",Lore:["The Ultimate Power","By Vengeur69"]}}

2. Giving me the instant health effect with a command block :

effect @p 6 300 5

3. Switching back and forth with my sword (with the effect on me)

4. then I died once and respawn like nothing happend, then I restart 3 times and died 3 times, When the effect is gone the bug finished

5. My body is in Death position !

6. When you do the command :
/kill
The game crash on the death screen
