When a creeper is spawned, if you right-click it with flint and steel it will automatically explode, even though nothing is hurting it. I didn't right-click the ground with the flint and steel, I right-clicked the creeper itself. It doesn't have the flame animation which is why I think that it's a bug. This also happens on Survival mode.
