What I expected to happen was...:
The entire screen being black and white or Sepia

What actually happened was...:
The food, health and xp bar were like normal mc, not black and white or sepia
Steps to Reproduce:
1. In mc 13w38a press esc,
2. ... go to options
3. ... click super secret settings until you find black and white/sepia
4 in the screenshot below you'll see
