Minecart going in a circle will make any minecart close to them go super fast.

      Description

      This bug has bin in the game for a long time. The problem is that when you place rails in a circle (2x2) and place 3-4 minecarts, and spinn them in the direction you want, the minecart on the railine next to the cirkle will go super fast, an the momentum is forever.
