I was flying around exploring in creative shooting monsters in a Roofed Forest shooting creepers. Then I went over an ocean biome and wanted to shoot a squid. My arrow flew about two blocks then stopped and fell down to the ground. I could not fire an arrow any more without out it doing this. I reloaded the game and now arrows work fine again. Just wanted to point this out.
