When you place normal Rails in a T shape (minimaly 3 in a row) and a Lever next to the rails in top of that T, the contacting rail makes a turnout that´s OK and lever gets destroyed (still drops itself, but it shouldn´t get destroyed). It also appears in 1.3 and most snapshots.
