What I expected to happen was...:
I was looking at the coordinates in F3 and they were 574 53 -624. I put the command to change the block to sand and expected it to work.

What actually happened was...:
When I put in the command and ran it, it spawned the sand block at 574 53 -623. Please fix in next update. Either the F3 is off, or the command is off.
