Open to LAN not working correctly

      When I open to LAN it should all work fine

      When I opened to LAN (and this happened on 2 different internets, so It isn't just a connection problem) it says hosted on 0.0.0.0:[random number] then when somebody tries to connect they are unable and the connection fails.
