Cannot enchant

      What I expected to happen
      I hover over the item and it has enchantments.

      What really happened
      I hover over the item and there are no enchantments, but the name is highlighted in blue like it was enchanted.

      How to Replicate
      1. Grab any enchantable item.
      2. Place an enchantment table.
      3. Enchant the item.
      4. Hover over the item. Notice it has no enchantments.
