What I expected to happen was...:
I would be able to use the numbers on my keyboard to select all hotbar slots while sneaking

What actually happened was...:
While sneaking, if I tried accessing slots 2 or 6 with the numbers on my keyboard, the slot selected won't switch

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open up a minecraft world
2. Start sneaking
3. Try switching your hotbar slots by pressing the 2 or 6 buttons
