The Bug:

Players are slowed down despite their crossbows being loaded.

In 25w04a, a change was made to crossbows. Holding down right-click will now load the crossbow with a projectile when the time is right instead of waiting for the user to let go of right-click. When the user lets go of right-click, their movement speed returns to normal.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enter creative mode and hold a crossbow.
2. Hold down right-click and take note of how your crossbow is loaded with a projectile but you're still slowed down.

Observed Behavior:

Players are still slowed down.

Expected Behavior:

Players would not still be slowed down.
