The trader llama/llama is moving when riding on it while game is frozen

Step to Reproduce: 

1. Tame a trader llama/llama
2. Write command /tick freeze
3. Right-click to ride on the trader llama/llama
4. Hit a llama

Observed Behavior: 

The trader llama is still moving even though game is frozen

Expected Behavior: 

The trader llama/llama no longer move while game is frozen
