The bug

25w03a introduces test blocks, and each "type" is available in Operator Utilities as its own item. However, structure blocks are only available as one type despite them also using much the same "type" system.

How to fix

Get rid of the "default" structure block type from the inventory, replacing it with each of the four modes as items.
