Leaf litter was incorrectly made to use the non-mipped cutout render type.
This causes extremely severe aliasing artifacts. Unacceptable for visual quality.

These artifacts are very visible both during movement and even when standing still.

Reproduction Steps

• Visit a biome which contains the new leaf litter block.

Observed Results

• You can notice aliasing on the leaf litter due to the lack of mipmapping

Expected Results

• Leaf Litter would be mipmapped to prevent aliasing
