      The minecraft:enchant.thorns.hit sound does not play when mobs or players are killed by the Thorns enchantment. Relates to MC-97244. The same applies to Guardian spikes.

      How to reproduce

      1. Equip armor enchanted with Thorns
      2. Keep getting attacked by a mob repeatedly until it dies

      Expected result

      The minecraft:enchant.thorns.hit sound would play when the mob dies.

      Observed result

      The minecraft:enchant.thorns.hit sound does not play.
