Shulker bullets used to be affected by bubble columns up until 1.21.1, however, as of Java Snapshot 24w33a, they have stopped being affected by bubble columns. This bug occurs with both soul sand and magma block bubble columns and has persisted until the latest version of Minecraft Java: 1.21.4

Expectation: Shulker bullets would be affected by bubble columns.

Reality: Shulker bullets are no longer affected by bubble columns.

To recreate this bug, please download the attached backup world file and open it in Minecraft Java. Then stand in survival mode on the opposite side of the soul sand bubble columns to the shulker. The shulker will proceed to shoot bullets at you. In versions earlier than Snapshot 24w33a, the shulker bullets will be affected by the bubble columns. In Snapshot 24w33a and every version of Minecraft Java since, the bullets will not be affected by the bubble columns.
