My Minecraft skin is a skin that im not using (when im on servers)

Yesterday, December 23rd 2024, i joined my Minecraft server to play with my friend, i saw my skin was the default skin. I went to the Minecraft Launcher to try and reset it by pressing the button to use the same skin that i was using and it still was the default skin!

Before that day, my skin was normal. But now it isn't.

Im also playing the server on Vanilla Minecraft.

My friend which is playing on the same server as me also suffers the same problem.

Also, it's not because of the texture pack, when taking the texture pack off it continues the same.

What I expected to happen was...:
When i tried to change my skin again it would come back to normal.

What actually happened was...:
My skin was still the default skin even after changing it again.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Join a server

When i created a world in singleplayer it was using my normal skin!

Please fix!!
