Many zombified piglin keep angry and following player when switching to creative or spectator mode from survival mode

Step to Reproduce:{}

1. Create new creative world
2. Summon many zombified piglins
3. Switch to survival mode
4. Hit one zombified piglin, all of them will become angry and follow the player
5. switch to creative or spectator mode

Observed Behaviour: 

The zombified piglin keeps following the player and trying to kill the player when player in creative or spectator mode.

Expected Behaviour:  

Zombified Piglin no longer keep angry and following player when player switch to creative or spectator mode from survival mode
